How do I contact the Baker Industries Shop?

For information about our products, shipping policies, or if you have general questions, please contact us by email at shop@bakerindustriesinc.com. You can expect a reply within 24 business hours, with the exception of holidays. Responses during peak sales periods may take slightly longer.

What information do I need to provide you?

Be sure to INCLUDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE (e.g., your order number, email address, pictures, etc.). This will allow us to answer any questions you have as quickly as possible.

Why doesn't the Baker Industries Shop have a phone number?

The Baker Industries Shop does not have a call center and can not process high volumes of phone calls. Baker Industries employees are monitoring communication channels and are eager to assist you quickly and efficiently.

 

SHIPPING SUPPORT

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are processed by a third-party fulfillment partner. Their fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it's 2-5 business days for all production techniques.

How will I be notified when my order ships?

When you first place your order, you will get a confirmation email. The second email, a shipping notification, will be sent once your order has shipped. That notification will include a tracking link. You can click that link for updated shipping times and expected delivery according to the shipping provider.

Does the Baker Industries Shop ship internationally or outside the continental USA?

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States of America (USA), excluding Puerto Rico. Stay tuned for future updates!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is configured and listed during the checkout process. It is calculated based on the weight and size of items as well as your location.

When should I expect delivery for my Baker Industries Shop orders?

The estimated delivery for orders will be displayed during checkout. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can click the tracking link for updated shipping times and expected delivery according to the shipping provider.

PO Boxes, APO Boxes, and military addresses

Due to military handling time, APO, FPO, and DPO delivery destinations could take up to 60 business days or more. PO Box deliveries can take up to 7-10 business days; however, due to COVID-19, PO Box deliveries are subject to a delivery window of up to 60 business days.

Orders are accepted for shipment within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Puerto Rico is excluded.

PO Boxes are accepted as ship-to addresses. A full street address is required to ensure proper delivery.

Awesome! Log into your account through the online store and check out the fulfillment status of your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order information link to find your tracking information.

Don't have a Baker Industries Shop account yet?

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation titled "Your Baker Industries Shop order is on the way." You will be able to track your order through the tracking link in that email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! We're working on getting your order to you ASAP.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes! Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission. Your credit card details and other billing information are stored in compliance with the highest safety and security standards set by the credit card industry (PCI Compliant).

What payment methods does the Baker Industries Shop accept?

The Baker Industries Shop allows customers to pay with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, or Amazon Pay. Payments for products purchased through the online store must be fully paid for before Baker Industries will accept any order. By paying for products through the online store, you are expressly agreeing to all terms and conditions in the Terms of Sale.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is charged in accordance with the state and local laws for your shipping address. Tax will be added to your purchase using the applicable sales tax rate.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Should you need to request a return, products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. All returns must have the original packaging included.

Exchanges must be requested WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER with the exchanged item returned within 30 days. Exchanges can only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item.

* Please note that in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned UNWORN/UNUSED/UNWASHED and in the same condition you received the item. All original packaging must accompany the product return. If an item is returned damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, a refund will not be granted. All items are inspected on return.

If you wish to return an item, please email customer service at shop@bakerindustriesinc.com with our order number and the reason for the return. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if we cannot meet those expectations, we will accept your return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to process the original order.

Refunds will be actioned within 7 business days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note: it can take up to an additional 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

I still haven't received my refund!

You’re still waiting on your refund, right? We know this can be annoying!

Please note that once your items have been RECEIVED BY THE WAREHOUSE, it can take up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and your refund to be actioned.

It can then take another 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

But if you need to get in touch with Customer Support about your return, please include in your message:

  • Proof of postage (like a receipt)
  • The tracking number
  • Your order number

We'll then get back to you as soon as we can!

Received a faulty item?

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

  • Your order number
  • Item name & number
  • Photos that show:
    • The fault as clearly as possible
    • Full-length photo(s) of the item

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been contacted.

Damaged or missing orders

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please email shop@bakerindustriesinc.com. Emails must be received within 7 business days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

 

CHANGE/UPDATE YOUR ORDER

Can I change my order?

There is a 30-minute window where you can make changes to your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the 'edit order' button.

Common reasons people need to change their orders include:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Updating the delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order

I want to cancel my order!

MISSING ITEMS FROM YOUR ORDER

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please contact shop@bakerindustriesinc.com with the following information to ensure quick and efficient resolution.

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • Photo of packaging

Once the above information is received, our Customer Support team will resolve this ASAP!

ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH MISSING ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.

 

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact shop@bakerindustriesinc.com with the following information to ensure quick and efficient resolution.

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in its place (if applicable)
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo

You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us through our returns process.

Once the above information is received, our Customer Support team will resolve this ASAP!

PROMO CODE TERMS

Promotion codes offered on the Baker Industries Shop online store may be used for orders placed online. The promotion code must be entered in the Shopping Cart before it can be applied to an order.

Your order must qualify for the terms of the promotion. If the items or total merchandise cost do not qualify for the promotion, the discount will not be applied to the order total.

Promotion codes cannot be used for previous orders or redeemed for cash.

Promotions are applied at Baker Industries' discretion. Promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time.

 

TAX EXEMPTION

I am a tax-exempt customer. Can I shop tax-free on shop.bakerindustriesinc.com?

Please understand that this site is for retail transactions and we cannot process tax-exempt transactions.
